STUDIO APARTMENT on lower level of house. If you desire a cozy space with a convenient 1 block walk to Sewickley Village, this is your best choice. Easy walk to everything: grocery store, restaurants, sports bar, pharmacy, shops, library, YMCA. You have the entire space to yourself. This is a LARGE 1 ROOM studio apartment in my home. Total privacy and separate entrance. The two beds are: 1 Queen bed and 1 sofa that can be used as a full size bed. NOTE: you may hear foot traffic above.

*PLENTY OF FREE STREET PARKING* 1 BDRM apt in the up and coming town of Bellevue, just a 10 min drive to downtown and the stadiums. This is a 3rd floor unit in my 100+ year old four-square home. It has a private entrance with a Keypad for Airbnb guests, there are 2 other units in the building. Its in walking distance to public transit, shops, restaurants, places of worship, banks, and a grocery store. Pet friendly ($50 fee) just add your pet under pets in the guest section when booking.

Comfort Central is in a very safe neighborhood with on street parking. It's 7 miles from downtown Pittsburgh, universities, stadiums, museums and 2 miles from RIDC Park in O'Hara Township. It' conveniently located within an 8 minute drive from the Pennsylvania Turnpike . There is a hospital and park nearby. The Waterworks Mall which includes grocery stores, retail shopping, restaurants, wine and spirits store, fast food , and movie theater is a short 5 minute drive.
