Water is available via a water cooler.

NOT 1 Hour Drive: The Coop is situated on historical property that is equidistant to Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg, Knoxville, and Walland/Townsend. COMMUTE TO EACH approx. 25-30 mins. Quiet stay for couples to relax by the pool (opens spring/closes mid October) or to enjoy the fire pit. Adjustable King bed, kitchen (microwave, small oven, refrigerator, and coffee bar), and spacious bathroom with shower. Restaurants, fast food, and grocery within 15 mins. If you're here for the game, leave your car parked here and take a short uber ride to the stadium. If you're here for mountain biking, it's a short ride from here to the trailhead. Well behaved small dogs are welcome upon request. We charge a $45 pet fee.
