Quiet Country Farmhouse

This Guest house is a Fantastic Place to rest and relax. Set on 10 beautiful acres overlooking pastures with Cows, Horses, and Chickens. We have an isolated feel but are just minutes from Hwy 11 and Interstate 20. The guest house has its own private deck with fantastic pastoral views. There is also a shared porch that has an outdoor fireplace, perfect for enjoying some fresh air on cool nights. The main room has a King size bed. The loft above has a full size bed. * No Smoking on the property*

Entire 2nd Floor of Historic Farm House

Welcome to our warm and inviting historic farm home. Enjoy a quaint and cozy stay with easy access to Athens, UGA, Madison, Monroe, and Watkinsville. You will enjoy the entire second floor. The space offers two bedrooms with a queen bed in each, a third room with a double bed that can be used as a bedroom or common room, and a full bathroom with an antique claw foot tub and shower. There's no access to the downstairs. You can also relax on the front porch or back deck overlooking 9 wooded acres.

Detached studio guesthouse in McDonough

The guesthouse is a studio barndominium located on our 15 acre property, with dedicated parking and private entrance away from our primary house. Surrounded by woods and nature, you'll enjoy peaceful, quiet nights listening to soothing sounds of wildlife. Located halfway between the historic town squares of McDonough and Covington. Close to Jackson Lake. We are 35 miles to Atlanta. Wifi is provided, but we are rural so it can be patchy. Limited to 2 total guests-including infants/children.

This light & airy studio is on our 2 acre lot separate and private from our house. In a safe neighborhood, 15-20 minutes to Athens, it has a cozy private back porch. Please note: a positive host review needed to book. Has queen bed, full bath, internet, TV w/ Roku stick, kitchen nook with a sink, hotplate, microwave and small frig (no full stove or grill). Immaculate, private studio in a gorgeous, upscale lake community just under 10 min from Covington Square. It has a large sized living and dining area and a lovely bedroom nook with a queen bed.
