Grandma’s Cozy Little House on the Farm is nestled in a peaceful valley 10 minutes south of Sunbury, Pa. on a working farm where our family raises potatoes, hay, livestock & poultry. Located with easy drives to Bucknell University, Knoebels amusement resort, Susquehanna University, Geisinger Medical Center, AOAA, Spyglass Ridge Winery, and Bloomsburg University. This quaint little two-story farmhouse will help you and your family sit back and relax enjoying the simple pleasures of country life.

For those who love a sweet quiet cottage get away with a gorgeous view, this is the perfect place for you. Kayaks and a small boat are here for your use...on my shallow, but pretty lake. Cottage has recently been renovated with love. 2 Queen bedrooms on main level…one with private full bath. Loft area has 2 twin beds…not navigable by very young kiddos or some adults (access is with a ladder)

As avid ATV riders and Jeep enthusiasts we saw a need for lodging near the Anthracite Outdoor Adventure Area (AOAA).  We cater to those who use wheelchairs. All rooms have Fire t.v. and hi speed Wi-Fi. A full kitchen with a washer and dryer. Also a detached garage where you can lock up your vehicles and atv's. We are just miles from Knoebels, The Bloomsburg Fair, and Hershey Park. After a day of riding relax by the fire pit and enjoy the beautiful sunset across the valley.

CALLING ALL HUNTERS! BARRY HOUSE has open dates available for November and December . It has everything you need to relax after a hard day on the trails or rides. Bring your mountain bike or hiking shoes and get your exercise on the trail right off the porch.See pics below. Sleeps up to 10. Big covered porch,picnic table,grill,volleyball, Netflix, and all the bedding,plates and utensils you need. Plus a wrap around driveway to easily park and exit with your rig.

No one lives on the premises so you have sole occupancy WiFi 100meg good for 4 users at a time Please note additional pricing if your party is more than 4 or if you bring pets which we charge $35 per night per pet. pets are not counted as guests. if your party is a few more than eight (ie kids etc) we can try to provide an air mattress

With its own private access on Penn’s Creek, you can enjoy fishing, swimming, making campfires, or just relaxing in the sun.
