It lies hidden within the historic district of a quaint little town incorporated in 1860, and you will find it just outside of Atlanta in Coweta County. Grand in its simplicity, Senoia is a destination for those who seek to decompress from a modern, fast-paced lifestyle or escape it altogether. Film enthusiasts can tour famous movie and tv spots with delicious eats.

Relax and unwind in this calm, stylish, beautifully furnished studio apartment. The full kitchen comes fully equipped, with extra electrical appliances available in the shared laundry room. The private bathroom features a beautiful rain shower. Relax in the cosy living area with a feature fireplace. Laptop workspace available. Take advantage of our complimentary offsite Fitness 54 membership, which includes, classes, workout equipment, sauna, jacuzzi, pool, racket ball courts, pickle ball, etc.

Just 5 minutes from interstate 85. It is an easy 20-25 minutes to the Atlanta Airport and 30-35 minutes to Atlanta; Tyrone has been called "The Happiest Town in Georgia." Trillith Studios and The Walking Dead sites of Senoia are 12 and 25 minutes away respectively . The private entrance with keyless entry means you can come and go at any time. It is a self-contained unit attached to our house, with your own bathroom and shower. The cul-de-sac and a large yard accent the restful experience.

Our suite sits across the street from Lake Peachtree and is located in the heart of PTC. Our unit includes a queen bed, sofa bed (for groups of 3+), kitchenette, dining space and a full bathroom with a beautiful clawfoot tub. A great place to stay for business or pleasure. Family (baby/toddler/kid) Friendly. Explore nearby cart paths, walking trails and shopping that are all accessible 5 minutes or less by car/golf cart. Ask about renting our golf cart to really experience the charm of PTC!

Plenty of privacy & quiet space. Our modern farmhouse styled space is sure to make your stay cozy and enjoyable. Come and relax with plenty of board games to play, your favorite series on Netflix or Prime to watch, or curl up on our outdoor swing bed and read a book. Enjoy the outdoors with full private access to the pool (open seasonally), an outdoor fire place, and a new hot tub and walking trails to enjoy the outdoors. We DO live onsite and may spend time behind the barn in our shops.

The Lakehouse at Clearwater

The Lakehouse at Clearwater is close to Newnan, Senoia, Peachtree City, Atlanta, Falcon Aviation Academy, Dr. Agrawal Freedom Allergy, Callaway Gardens, Reets Drying Academy, and Cancer Treatment Centers of America You’ll love the Lakehouse at Clearwater because of its serene lake views, quiet atmosphere, and even a bit of fishing or swimming in the pool (May to September). The Lakehouse at Clearwater is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

The Nest

The Nest is no-smoking and smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property. It is a peaceful getaway and great for a romantic weekend or quiet retreat. Canoes, kayaks, trails, and a fire pit are available plus the kitchen is stocked with everything you’ll need. Close to Serenbe, Newnan, and the Atlanta Airport. You’ll love my place because of the arty style, the peaceful vibe and the beautiful lake view. The cottage is on 34 private acres and directly behind the main lake house.

Located in Historic downtown Senoia, this recently constructed apartment is just 300 yards from Senoia's main street with restaurants, boutique shops & the world-famous 'Alexandria' set of The Walking Dead. Luxurious apartment above garage featuring a full kitchen, great room with queen sleeper sofa, private bedroom with walk-in closet and stacked washer dryer. The master has an en suite bath and privately located on the back of the home. The open kitchen, living, dining floor plan makes this home extremely comfortable.

Casa De Costello

Welcome to Casa De Costello, our newly renovated first-floor basement suite is located in the heart of Peachtree City. Enjoy over 100 miles of our famous forest-covered golf cart paths, perfect for running, walking and biking. 30 miles away from Atlanta and 7 miles from Trillith Studios. Come home to rest at our cozy private space. This suite offers one bedroom with a king size bed, a full-size bathroom, a spacious kitchenette, and a living room with Apple TV.

Open plan guesthouse offering seclusion just 10 minutes to downtown Newnan and 40 min to Atlanta airport. In view of the main house where hosts reside, this carriage house styled guest suite offers a king sized bed plus a trundle with two single beds for up to 4 people. Additional toddlers or infants may be accommodated upon request. Kitchen includes full sized oven and fridge. Cozy, private, surrounded in trees in a cul-desac neighborhood all on 7 acre lots.
