It's well built and sits off the road a bit and invites you to relax and enjoy what the Lake McCumber /Mt Lassen community has to offer. The sounds of silence radiates through the trees and gives that sense of calm we all wish for in our daily lives. Once inside you find it a comfortable stay. Backyard is awesome! Stay another day!

Peaceful cozy cottage with fishing and access to Fall and Tule Rivers, launch included. On private 375 acre family cattle ranch. We raise cows, pigs, ducks, and chickens. Winter snow, Spring animal babies every place you look, summer swimming, fishing, boating fire pit, star gazing, Fall Harvest, fresh fruits and vegetables to share, we process our gardens by canning, preserving, and cook cook cook. Pineland Place is newly remodeled, spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 1850 square foot house. It is located in a safe and convenient neighborhood that is less than a mile from Costco, Target, In & Out….all the good stuff. It is also a few minutes from Interstate 5 and Highway 44. There is a spacious kitchen and dining room with lots of stunning counter space to accommodate food, family, fun, and friends! Pets are welcome, but please keep them off the furniture. Fully enclosed back yard.

Winters will find you enjoying sitting by the fire taking in the view from our large picture-perfect windows.
