Rosie's Studio is a very special place decorated with original paintings by the late Salt Spring Island artist - Rosemaria Behncke. This large, unique cottage/studio is situated on a 25 acre farm in the peaceful south end of beautiful Saltspring Island, close to parks, beaches, Fulford Shops and the Ferry Terminal. Welcome to your lakefront oasis in Youbou, British Columbia. Designed as a place for friends and family to gather, the Youbou Lakehouse is a sanctuary where you can unwind and connect with the natural world. Enjoy private lake access, a stunning view, 2 outdoor fire pits, paddle boards, a gorgeous sauna, salt water hot tub, and a massive 85” TV with surround sound. Have fun, but no parties, and please choose another spot if you are unwilling to be considerate of our wonderful neighbors.

Our comfortable one bedroom suite has everything you need to relax, and experience the beauty of vancouver island, with the ocean and a forest hike within walking distance. This is a family friendly space with televisions in the bedroom and living room, board games, bluetooth stereo and a dedicated work station. There are numerous wineries close by, noteably cherry point estates two minutes down the road. The suite does not share any of our spaces and includes dedicated laundry.

Newly built 2 bedroom and loft, lakefront cottage located in the west arm of the stunning Shawnigan Lake. Open concept kitchen and living room. Large deck with outdoor kitchen, dining area, bbq and fire pit. Outdoor shower, full laundry facilities and brand new large dock. Great for groups up to 8, and amazing for families with kids. Beach toys and some water toys as well as life jackets are available for use. Amazing year round accommodation with guaranteed relaxation!

Nestled in the trees, you'll find nothing but peace and tranquility, located a few minutes walk from the famous Kinsol Trestle & the Trans Canada Trail; a haven for hikers, mountain bikers & outdoor enthusiasts. We are a 5 minute drive from West Shawnigan Lake Park (lake access) and an 8 minute drive from Masons Beach / Shawnigan village, and a 50 minute drive from Victoria.
