The Shore Shack

Shore Shack is a newly construction timber frame cabin on the Atlantic Ocean. Beautiful views and direct oceanfront. A Sandy beach within walking distance (at the end of Sand Beach road). The town of Liverpool is a five minute drive away. Very private! Whitepoint, Carter's and Summerville beach all a short drive away. A four person hot tub was added in March 2022. This quiet rural setting on the Lighthouse Route offers an expansive waterfront just steps from the deck with panoramic views from everywhere on the property. Just 10 minutes from the town of Shelburne ( historic loyalist settlement)/and close to many white sand beaches.The cottage is fronted by Pierce’s Beach, a usable rock sand beach, boasting at times some spectacular waves. Enjoy being surrounded by nature from the time you wake until the time you sleep? This brand new tiny home is for you! Star gaze from the hot tub, grab a book and relax the a hammock under the birch trees or take a bike ride(bikes provided) along the Barrington Trail. The property has direct access to the trail which is great for walks, runs, bicycles and atvs. It also connects with the sidewalk in town which leads right to North East Point Beach. *Pet friendly upon request
