Keep it simple at this very clean, dog-friendly and updated 3 bedroom 1.5 bath with a fenced in backyard and patio. Home is centrally located to everything. Six minutes to Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital, eight minutes to Albany State University and 20 minutes to Albany Marine Corps Logistics Base. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Kitchen is stocked with basic cooking supplies and utensils. Complimentary coffee, tea and hot coco is provided as well as filtered water.

Beasley Backwater Retreat on Lovely Lake Eufaula

The Beasley Backwater Retreat is located on beautiful Lake Eufaula, between the historic towns of Abbeville and Eufaula. The house, built as a vacation house by my grandparents in 1963, is pretty much vintage, with some more modern conveniences, such as microwave, dishwasher, HVAC, internet access, and a Keurig. Located on a peaceful area of the lake, with a private dock and nice neighbors, it's a great place to get away from town and create fond memories--it certainly has been for us! Enjoy!
