Welcome to our tiny home, ever lived in one? Well now is your chance our home is located in the backyard of a very quiet neighborhood, so you won't hear all the hustle and bustle of a hotel. It's a 180sq ft of comfort, but its tiny bedroom has queen bed so its wall to wall kitchen has a small cook top, microwave, coffee maker and refrigerator. I wanted to do an Airbnb because i stayed in a lot of places that just wasn't comfy we created this space with comfort in mind. Please note all pictures.

You'll be about 10 minutes from either Baton Rouge interstate, Woman's Hospital is less than 10, LSU is less than 30 and you can get Downtown in 25. The home has everything you need to prepare meals and get cozy. Fully stocked kitchen, roomy closets and lots of extra blankets! Fast Wi-Fi and just about every streaming service. In town to work? There's a cozy office too.

Just renovated - includes washer/dryer feet from door (shared with another unit that is in another area of property). Asthmatic owner exempt from service and emotional support animals due to allergies.

Huge, private, entertainment area downstairs with BBQ pit/grill and smoker, seating, and fire pit. Private fishing pond with motorless boat and fish cleaning station!

This is a guest suite attached to our home. It is located in a peaceful neighborhood. It’s only a 10 min walk to Baton Rouge Main Public Library and Botanical Gardens. This space is perfect for a maximum of 4 people as it is furnished with a queen size bed and a sofa bed. This Airbnb has a full size refrigerator, a kitchenette that has a microwave, an air fryer, crockpot, coffee maker (NOT keurig), toaster and waffle maker, blender and rice cooker. Parking is available on driveway.
