Perfect for those guests needing an Extended Stay in the Fredericksburg area as every guest suite is a welcoming residential style retreat featuring a spacious living room - a separate well appointed bedroom - full kitchen equipped with Whirlpool appliances including a full size refrigerator - range - dishwasher - microwave - as well as a washer and dryer. At SCH our guests have exclusive access to our 16000 square foot Clubhouse offering complimentary daily continental breakfast and shared coworking spaces equipped with all the essentials you will need for on-the-road productivity. Our Clubhouse access includes state-of-the-art fitness center - resort style pool - game room - spa area with steam and sauna as well as a massage room. A guest favorite—the Verde suite boasts a king bed with Italian linens, comfy robes, gas fireplace, balcony, large private ensuite with STEAM SHOWER, double vanity and more! This bright, cheery room overlooks the shops on Davis street and invites you to savor the views from its multiple windows. You can certainly see and feel the charm of the small town emanate from below. The Verde is located on the second floor of the hotel. No elevators. Must walk one flight of stairs to access room.

The Sycamore Suite features a private bathroom, kitchenette, and separate living space to enjoy. Located in the heart of Capon Bridge, you'll find it easy to walk to local restaurants and entertainment, while being perched above town.

Hiker's Hideaway in a Rustic Grist Mill Inn

The Hiker's Hideway, a room with a private bathroom overlooks the Mill's massive Fritz water wheel. It is furnished with a king bed, sitting area, smart TV (complimentary YouTube TV), usb chargers, free coffee, tea, water, and access to free WiFi. Linens and toiletries are provided. Please note this suite is NOT pet friendly. The cabin is our only pet-friendly option. The suite is also on the 2nd floor up the original (steep) stairs of the Mill house.
