Spacious Guest Suite near UWA/hospital/Kings Park

Our spacious, 100 year old Guestsuite is walking distance to UWA, Perth Children’s Hospital, Sir Charles Gairdner and Hollywood Hospital. It consists of a large lounge room which connects on to a spacious bedroom with a large newly renovated ensuite. Access is via a private entry at the front of our house. We live at the back of the house so are readily available onsite to meet your needs. Please note there is no washing machine or cooking facilities. We have recently installed an aircon!

The townhouse features 2 bedrooms with queen beds downstairs and an open lofted room with 2 king singles upstairs, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. There are three very generous bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a modern kitchen and laundry, and 2 living areas. There is a lovely courtyard with BBQ and outdoor furniture for summer entertaining. There is a fully enclosed backyard for dogs, and undercover parking for 1 car and 1 more bay.

This Luxury apt has everything you require from toiletries kitchen/laundry supplies cleaning products books magazines. Best location quiet leafy street 2 mins walk to shops cafes restaurants theatre train etc. A stroll to beautiful Kings Park, all the major hospitals & 5 min drive to City. Subiaco has a lovely friendly village type feel with local markets every Saturday, free concerts and good theatre. Beautifully decorated with quality bed linen, towels, slippers and spotlessly clean.
