Kardinia Cottage offers guests a country stay on a working farm while only a short drive from the surrounding towns and regional centres. Your cottage is fully self-contained with full cooking facilities, but only a short distance from the main residence if you need any assistance. We have parking for a vehicle and trailer or truck Enjoy a BBQ or glass of wine under the grapevine shaded verandah, or on cooler nights enjoy watching the flames in the fire pit and see the stars light up the sky.

The Gem in Coorong is a modern, spacious 4 bed with 3 bath home featuring 3 separate living areas plus outdoor large alfresco. Boasting an exceptional kitchen with butlers pantry, this gem is right on the paths of the Kialla Lakes walking tracks in a very secluded court, very peaceful and tranquil area overlooking natural reserves. It is beautifully furnished and has a large rear yard with drive access. Bedrooms are equipped with min queen sized beds, the home is abundant with natural light.

Purpose built as a gallery and tea rooms, the cottage has been converted into spacious, open living accommodation. The cottage boasts a large private outdoor paved area with fire pit and bbq. Close to town and walking distance to golf course. Off street parking for two vehicles. Perfect retreat for couples. *STR tax does not apply

Relax in this cosy guest house with spacious surrounds. The guest house is close to the main house but with private outlook and places to explore along the seasonal creek and open paddocks . Close to Euroa There is a kitchenette with small bar fridge and microwave. PLEASE DO NOT USE PORTABLE COOKING DEVICES IN THE GUEST HOUSE for safety reasons. BBQ facilities and campfire pit are available in front of the guest house however fire pit not available from November due to fire restrictions

Constructed in 2021 using some materials recovered from the original 1885 house it has a large open plan living area, balcony and alfresco, backyard and front yard space (sorry no pets). Close to towns of Nagambie, Avenel and Euroa. Opposite rail line and close to local businesses the Rockery and Longwood Community Centre, local wineries Mitchellton, Tabilk, RPL, Fowle’s, Hide and Seek and Maygars.

Situated 45 minutes from the ski slopes of Mt Buller and Mt Stirling guests can easily take day trips to the snow.
