Loondocks | Lakeside Hideout w/ Sauna

Less than an hour from Minneapolis, the Loondocks is a sun-soaked, pet-friendly hideout on beautiful Big Eagle Lake. Natural stone steps (NOTE: These are uneven, so do not book if you have mobility concerns!) lead down to the bungalow-style house, a stylish bunkhouse, wood-burning sauna, spacious deck with lake views, and flat waterfront yard. Sip coffee and watch the sunrise, lay out a towel at the end of the dock, or share a meal with the whole family! This is the perfect all-season getaway.

The yard down to the lake is a bit steep and may be challenging for those with mobility issues.

The pristine lake, loon calls, and cozy home make you feel like you've gone 'up north,' but it's less than an hour from the Twin Cities. Enjoy nearby walking and biking trails, as well as some of the best fishing and recreation lakes in the area! You will enjoy our two-bedroom lakefront home with private lake access, kayaks, living room, kitchen, full bath, deck and outdoor dining, grill and fire pit.

winter rates = no boat & no lake garage or dock * starts mid sept. NO parties allowed. 3 bed 2 bath lake home on Rush Lake. Rush Lake is connected to Julia and Briggs approx 1000 acre of lake to cruise on the included pontoon with your stay! There is no pontoon or dock with winter rates. Sleeps 6. If pontoon were to break and not be available , deduction of 75 $ per day of stay will be deducted as when renting out stuff, it does happen.
