The Colonel Vanderburgh Suite is a private, cozy, efficient room with private bathroom that is separate from the rest of the main house. Guests do not have access to the main house. There is NO kitchen. You can come and go thru your private entrance and enjoy all the amenities that the room has to offer. QFree Wi-Fi, brand new Smart TV, coffee maker, mini fridge, Beekman 1802 toiletries, linens, robes, hair dryer, etc. Feel free to roam the property, use the fire pits and relax by the stream

Great for short escapes or longer discounted stays enjoy great restaurants, antiquing, swimming, hiking, and access to all New England has to offer. In spring, summer and fall lots of open air activities to be had. Fishing, boating, farmers markets and flea markets. In winter many nice walks to be had, skiing is not too far away.

Just 30 min to Mohawk or Southington Ski Mountains. Just 10 min to downtown Litchfield, close to local farms & vineyards. For security we have two exterior cameras facing the door & driveway.

The greenhouse adds plenty of natural light, the yard is perfect for kids, the front deck is great for morning coffee, and the gas grill great for cooking out. High-speed WiFi and 3 smart TVs.

The Cove Cabin

An original Candlewood style cabin. The house has been updated to offer all modern comforts. It features a large fireplace in the living room, porch over looking the lake, central heat and air conditioning and a fully equipped cook's kitchen. It is on the northern most part of Candlewood Lake with direct, private water access from the shore or the dock. A foam lily pad, two SUP, and two inflatable two person kayaks are available for use from May 1 to November 1..

Creek Side Cabin w/ Wood Fired Hot Tub & Fire Pit

Our Little Creek Cabin is a place to pause. The cabin is located next to a rushing creek, where you can soak in a wood fired hot tub while listening to the sounds of the water. We are minutes from Candlewood Lake & Squantz Pond, where you take take our kayaks out. There are many wineries, breweries, towns to explore, antique shops, ski mountains, and beautiful hiking trails. Here you can simply open the windows to listen to natures sound machine!

A-Frame Cottage off Candlewood Lake

Great vacation home in lake community. Cozy A-frame with 3 bedrooms, 1 bath and large deck. Seasonal views of Candlewood lake. Great place for relaxing. Wooded surroundings provide private setting. Private community beach access to Candlewood Lake. (Seasonal private community beach accessible to renters but groups of more than 5 are prohibited)
