Our shipping container home offers BIG living in a tiny space, also MASSAGES BY APPOINTMENT by a LICENSED MASSAGE THERAPIST (a rate of $85/hour). All you need for a great vacation at your fingertips. Step out of the busy world and enjoy some peace and quiet at Green Acres. Though we like kids, our property is "not suitable for little ones". Our container home is small, cozy, and designed for couples or singles, wanting to relax, while just a short drive from restaurants and casino entertainment.

Beautiful Mid-Century Modern on top of Sherman's legendary Cottontail Mountain. Secluded, heavily wooded, private setting, with abundant wildlife. Beautiful treetop views from the rear deck and wooded views from the front deck. Sherman's walking, running trail is right at the base of the hill. Two great parks within walking distance. If you get up early enough you may see the whitetail deer. Furnished and accessorized with a combination of original mid century classics and contemporary pieces.

Come stay in our ​cozy cottage located down a country lane. Part of the Ponder farm dating back to 1906, we have a little house that offers a peaceful environment overlooking the family farm with a picturesque old barn, surrounded by tree lined fields. Enjoy the updated home with fully furnished kitchen, queen bed, and open front and back porches for relaxing in the quiet countryside. We are located just south of Sherman off Hwy 11, close to Austin College, with easy access to Highway 75.

Enjoy a day on the lake with the family then come back to enjoy the outdoor shower while the grill warms and drink some local brew!

The Vineyard Loft offers all the comforts of home. The studio style apartment has a kitchenet, open living area, and separate entrance. Take a walk in the country, pick some blackberries, enjoy wine tasting at a local vineyard, or shopping and restaurants in Celina located just minutes away (see Guide Book). The house is a mile south of downtown Sherman and within walking distance of 903 Brewers. The stately homes of Heritage Row are just a few blocks away.

Preston Peninsula efficiency is 5 min walk to sandy beach, and 2 min drive to boat launch. Has full kitchen, laundry facilities, walk-in shower, and separate dressing room. There is a full size bed, a full size futon couch, and foldout foam cushion if you need extra. Ruku TV, and plenty of table top and drawers to spread out luggage. Brick patio out front to sit and relax. Driveway in front. Fishing guides pick you up on way to boat ramp.

There is a full kitchen, living room, bathroom, washer/dryer, and spacious bedroom. Outside has a large fenced in yard, fire pit with seating, and a wrap around porch with views of the sunrise and sunset! Enjoy the backyard entertainment area with washers and corn hole!
