We have accommodated events with 200+ guests and 50+ vehicles with optional valet parking. 3 car garage, and game room. 20 miles from Lake Texoma, 15 miles from Hagerman Wildlife Refuge An event fee applies for events with visitors

Private Guesthouse On Country Land

One-bedroom guesthouse with a private entrance, kitchen, pantry, bathroom, laundry room, & bedroom which has a desk, king size bed, & spacious closet. A pack n play & a twin mattress are also available. We allow guests to enjoy our breezeway porch that has an outdoor fireplace & a view into the wooded backyard that extends for 12 acres. We are a four minute drive from our quaint Van Alstyne downtown, one hour from DFW airport, & near several wedding venues. EXCELLENT option for long-term stays!
