This beautiful studio apartment is located near Lake Beaverfork. Though it does not have lake frontage, it boast a beautiful view of the lake and is located minutes from parks, boat launches, swimming areas and more. You will enjoy the quiet 30 x 25 deck over looking the lake. Perfect for the quiet get away and only 3 miles from the interstate. You are minutes from restaurants, shopping and all the amenities the city has to offer but still can enjoy a quiet stay by the lake.

Lil’ Backyard Cottage in Hillcrest

This is a small, cozy, safe, and clean one-bedroom cottage in the backyard of a home in the Historic Hillcrest Neighborhood. It is perfectly designed for 1 guest or a couple; has its own kitchenette, a full-sized bed, and a 100 year old footed tub w a shower. Guests must walk up 3 steps without a handrail to get into the cottage. Must be 21 or older to book. A cot can be brought in upon request but it is a tight fit. Please see photos with cot in space.
