The Garden Spot is a brand new, modern construction in the heart of Little Rock, AR. It is situated in historic Capitol View-Stifft Station, over looking Woodruff Garden and Lamar Porter Field. Farm House On the Hill -Entire House

Our Farm House On the Hill is a quite, peaceful house located on our Family Farm. Our location is perfect for cross-country travelers only a few minutes away from the Interstate. It is also conveniently located a short distance from Cabot, Jacksonville & Little Rock. We are a working farm so during your stay you could experience calves being born or hay being baled. We are also pet and livestock friendly. We do have the capabilities to stable or pasture your livestock during your stay.

This unique mid-century, smart home is located in the quiet, family friendly, Historic Park Hill neighborhood. Surrounded by trees on all sides, the house has a nice, cozy ambience. Inside, the open layout and nearly wall to wall windows along the North/rear side of the house lend to a spacious but still cozy, sun-kissed feel. Clean and comfortable and strategically located near the major highways (I-30 & I-40) and the most popular dining districts (i.e Downtown LR, Argenta, SOMA :).

Frequently getting to watch families of deer grazing out front.There it's a ring camera approx 100ft down the drive in a tree monitoring 24/7 the driveway and parking area for the security of all.

A private condo w/fabulous updates! There's a full kitchen & adorable dining room. There's also a comfy living room, w/ a fireplace & private patio, & guest bathroom downstairs. Upstairs is a master bedroom w/ bath, & a second bedroom & second bathroom. There's also a full size washer & dryer. It's close to main freeways, restaurants, shopping, medical facilities, downtown Little Rock and N Little Rock. This unit has 1 parking space, w/extra parking on the street.

If you love to be greeted by friendly, nosy sheep then this is the place for you! Welcome to our little farm, we love when guests feel at home in our little farmhouse. Sit on the front porch with a cup of coffee while watching the sheep, goats, and horses graze. Sit on the back porch at night during the summertime and watch the beautiful fireflies! This is a place to relax and unwind from the the hustle and bustle while enjoying a little taste of farm life.

We allow small NON SHEDDING DOG ONLY with pet fee

Historic Carriage House in SOMA

This is a NO-Smoking anywhere on the property. Please message me if your traveling with dogs. There is a $20 pet fee per stay for a maximum of two dogs. Located in a residential neighborhood in the SOMA district of downtown Little Rock, this original carriage house sits behind it's main house, both built in 1904. My place is an easy walk to bars, restaurants and shops. There is a dog and people park a few blocks away. Check in: 4pm Checkout: 11am.

Out of town guests couldn't ask for a more convenient location just off the interstate yet tucked into the gorgeous Park Hill neighborhood. The home is child and pet-friendly (all pets must be house-trained and do have a one time $35 pet fee). Whether you stay for a night or a week, you'll wish it could be longer!
