'the Hut': a Garden in Magnolia

'the Hut' is located in a safe woodsy & quiet area of single family homes. We are close to downtown Seattle & the waterfront (Lumen Field is 6 miles away, Climate Pledge Arena is 4 miles, the waterfront is 2.5). Many restaurants and grocery stores, as well as Discovery park are within a mile or two. It's a stand alone home with a queen bed & a private entrance. Parking is easy & the bus (#24) is a block away. Please note-for those that may have mobility issues-there are a few steps to navigate.

Sunset Hill "Birdhouse" - 2 bed & patio views

Our sunny lower level unit is located in Ballard's prized Sunset Hill neighborhood which offers amazing views of the Olympic mountains, immediate access to the Burke Gilman trail and Shilshole Bay, and close proximity to everything you'd like to see in Seattle. Two brand new queen beds, each in their own rooms with a 3/4 bath and generous kitchenette in between. Outdoor patio with great views for your use and ample free street parking make this a safe, comfortable and convenient accommodation.

Main floor has 1/2 bath off kitchen, and there is a full bathroom with shower near the bed located upstairs. It is a stand alone “guest house” in the back yard of the main house. Private parking right near the front door! Yard has fire pit, outdoor furniture and BBQ. A hidden oasis, right in the middle of the Ballard neighborhood.
