Azalea House is on the slope of Mt. Hiei, a world-heritage. To get there, drive 20 min. from Kyoto-Higashi exit on Meishin. Or ride the bus 30 min. from downtown Kyoto or 20 min. from JR Otsukyo Sta. and get off before Hieidaira convenience store. The host will meet you there. Bus service drastically reduced since Covid-19. Free parking space. Easy access to both Kyoto and Lake Biwa. Rich in nature. Completely detached, full privacy, handy & cozy like home. 「TABITABI KANOE MITSU」は六波羅蜜寺のすぐ傍、100年以上の歴史ある京町家をフルリノベーションした1日1組限定のお宿でございます。 玄関から奥を覗くと、雪見障子の向こうに広がるお庭。大きなヤシの木が特徴でございます。 リビングから窓を開けるとお庭に直結の半露天浴室は、季節を問わずご滞在のお客様を極上の癒しへと誘います。浴槽は滋賀県の窯元で制作した信楽焼をご用意させていただきました。遠赤外線効果で体の芯まで温まりやすく、湯冷めしにくいお風呂です。ゆったりと流れる悠久の時を感じ、美しい日本庭園を眺めつつお酒を傾けながら、日々の疲れを癒してみてはいかがでしょうか？ 2階の和室にはモンドリアン柄風のデザインを施した障子が見どころとなります。 寝室のヘッドは東山連峰を彷彿とさせるようなデザインでございます。 日頃の忙しさを忘れて、ごゆるりとおくつろぎくださいませ。
