We go to great length to make your stay easy, so that you can focus on your event. We provide made beds, linens. For the beach: badges, towels, chairs and umbrellas. Off street parking. This house is a classic raised ranch on pilings. It has modern conveniences and beach-y decor. The location is great (2.5 blocks or 1/4 mile to beach)

Note there’s a small step up from the kitchen to living room & condo is on the 2nd floor. Walking distance to the bay crabbing pier, Faria's, Hartland Golf, Ferrara's Bakery, Mystic Lobster! Rentals are from SATURDAY to SATURDAY.

This home is in the rear of a 4-property lot. Street parking only. 3 min. walk up to the beach. No pets. 2 Beach Badges. Renters must bring their sheets, towels, and paper goods. We provide comforters/pillows.
