Wonderful new house with 2 bedrooms and a huge studio inthe city of Sutomore.The house is located at the far end of the town, so it is very quiet around, has a nice terrace with great view of the sea and mountains, roof terrace (60m2). tranquil and perfect for yoga. Fully equipped with:Air conditioning, mosquito nets, blinds, kitchen utensils, pots and pans, linen and towels. Comfortably sleeps 4 persons in bedrooms and 1-2 on the sofa in the living room. This waterfront old stone house was originally built in 19th century and completely renovated in 2018. The interior represents a mix of a traditional Mediterranean style combined with modern design. Set in a peaceful old fisherman village called Muo, our house is perfect base for exploring the Bay. The Old town of Kotor is less than 10min driving distance while Tivat airport is less than 20min away. The house has three levels and each level has undisturbed sea views.

Beachfront Villa with Boat Tours

As you can see on photos, house is only few steps in front of the beach. 2 parking places are private for our guests. Check in time is flexible as per agreement with guests. Boat tours are available for our guests. Cost depends on the location of travel and is very reasonable, including berth and maintenance of the boat. There is also a possibility of renting boat, only for holders of Boat Driving License.
