Our magical studio is close to downtown Greenwood and has easy transit access everywhere in the city (bus stops are within walking distance!). There's a movie theater, grocery store, beautiful coffee shop, and a few restaurants less than a mile away.. You’ll love the oversized windows and stylish esthetic (all wood walls, recessed light, & polished cement floor). We've provided beautiful linens, personal touches, and a clean space so you can enjoy your time in this perfect Seattle home base.

This cozy 650 sq ft Pacific Northwest cottage is set in the garden away from the street .Shade & sun. It is a complete home. Eclectic decor includes antique bathroom, claw foot tub with optional shower, an open kitchen you can really cook in, coffee nook & a dinning room area, full living room, bedroom, closets etc. Private drive & parking. The bus stops in front. Neighborhood has lots of trees, views of snow capped mountains, short drives to beaches, international restaurants. 12 mi to Seattle.

The Crow's Nest is a bright, comfortable studio with a 3/4 bath, sitting area, dining area and its own cable TV. It contains a kitchenette with refrigerator and a counter oven for longer stays. It is a private, lockable studio with its own entrance and its own designated off-street parking space. Laundry facilities are available on site. Centrally located with convenient buses a short walk away and easy highway access. Join us in the comforts of home in the beautiful Pacific Northwest.

Downtown Greenwood 2 bedroom House w/King Beds

Welcome to our cozy 2 bedroom, 1 bath house located in the charming Greenwood neighborhood of Seattle. There are two spacious bedrooms, each equipped with a comfortable king size bed to ensure you have a restful night's sleep. Just a block away from a grocery store where you can stock up on essentials and two blocks away from a plethora of bars, restaurants, and shops. You'll never be bored with all the options available to you! Each bedroom has a 12k BTU window AC unit.

Cozy lower-level suite in Shoreline w/ movie room

Welcome to your home away from home! You'll have the entire guest suite to yourself. It is located in the lower level of our home with a private entrance through our beautiful backyard. Enjoy your favorite shows in the theater room and the kitchenette equipped with a hot plate, microwave, and minifridge. We just had our little one last year. While we strive to maintain peace, you might hear the joyful sounds of baby giggles or soft footsteps now and then during the day.

Marvelous Guest Suite Shoreline with Parking

Enjoy Shoreline while staying in our private guest suite! You will enjoy the privacy of this suite. There is a private entrance and reserved parking is within steps of your door. We are the main residents with the suite on the ground floor of our townhouse. It is a 5-10 min walk to the 185th Light rail station. (Refer to other details to note for specifics). If you need recommendations for restaurants or other fun activities please do not hesitate to ask me.

Conveniently located near I-5 & Hwy 99, the loft sits among large trees in a quiet neighborhood. This home away from home feels like one foot in the city and one in the forest. Fast wifi, kitchen, easy parking, heating & AC. Tuck into the cozy retreat, take a relaxing bath, or unwind by the patio fire while watching chickens in their run. Guests of all backgrounds are welcome. Please note the loft height is low and not ideal for those with limited mobility.

Close to everything the area has to offer, Phoebe's Pine Cone cottage is a great place to call home base during your Washington/Seattle travels. The cottage, which is on the back of the property, is comfortably and stylishly furnished. You'll have a fully equipped kitchen, covered front porch, 50' TV, super comfy beds and a firepit outside for your relaxation! Very close to light rail for visits into the city!
