Fully remodeled, everything is new, and a heat pump with air conditioning to get you at the perfect temperature! A full backyard, and lots of room for our four legged little friends. A doggy door leads to a secure, fenced dog run. Close to Golden Gardens Beach, Sunset Hill, and vibrant Ballard. Dog-friendly home!

Fully renovated in 2021, all the comforts of home are here, including high-quality, dishes, glassware and cookware, soft linens, extra pillows, board games and super fast wifi. Everything is intentionally chosen for the space and your enjoyment. We welcome guests of all backgrounds, faith, gender identity, age, sexual orientation, race, and ability. Here you have a safe place to rest and restore. Our only request? Pack it in/pack it out.

Everything sanitized/cleaned/UV air cleaner between guests and electronic air filter as well. Close to the Edmonds ferry, this daylight basement space with a view of the Puget Sound is light and airy, with a full fireplace, living room, separate bedroom, full bath, washer and dryer, private patio & firepit, small "kitchen" area with limited cooking equipment, and private separate entrance. Within walking distance to shops, and restaurants (.75 miles downhill - all uphill on the way back).

Welcome to your home away from home! You'll have the entire guest suite to yourself. It is located in the lower level of our home with a private entrance through our beautiful backyard. Enjoy your favorite shows in the theater room and the kitchenette equipped with a hot plate, microwave, and minifridge. We just had our little one last year. While we strive to maintain peace, you might hear the joyful sounds of baby giggles or soft footsteps now and then during the day.

Quiet neighborhood with parking, but walking distance to major bus routes, a wooded park, groceries and bustling “downtown” Greenwood with its many coffee and beer mongers; eateries and shops.
