Our place is a beautiful, artsy, bright studio with high sloping ceilings, windows overlooking greenery, a skylight, & is a 1/3 mile walk from the light rail. We've taken care to create a peaceful, comfortable retreat for guests. There is a separate hallway and small kitchen area fully equipped with ample counter space. The unit is attached to our house, but is self-contained with a separate entrance. However, you may hear (minimal) noise from our side of the house. LGBTQIA+ friendly.

Home is in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The renovated daylight basement offers a full living area, comfortable bedroom, kitchen with many amenities and a exceptional modern bath. Our neighborhood boasts the Burke-Gilman Trail along Lake Washington, express bus to Seattle, several Brew Pubs and a nearby shopping center with a grocery store. We are a short drive away from downtown Seattle, Microsoft, Medical care and area recreation. We are both smoke free and pet free home.

Mid-Century Luxe Lounge - Romantic and comfortable

This bright and expansive (700 sq ft!), private loft is a perfect getaway, while still close to great food/drink, and all of Seattle's outstanding adventures. The romantic lounge has an incredibly comfortable bed, fuzzy rug, and cool original art on every wall. The huge plush couch is big enough for two people to stretch out and enjoy Netflix on a flat screen TV, along with the softest blanket. In the morning coffee service is ready for you. Full kitchen including cookware and refrigerator, microwave, stove, fresh coffee beans and burr grinders for pour over. Full bath, iron, hair dryer and essential supplies are provided at house. Dedicated working desk, 55inch TV and a sofa for your entertaining in living room, or walk for a Peninsula view.

Just one mile from downtown Kingston - walk to ferries, dining, and shopping. Close to Seattle, Hood Canal, Port Townsend, and Bainbridge Island. Mini fridge, microwave, coffee/tea, wifi, Roku television with Netflix and Prime. Pet-free, smoke-free, and fragrance-free. No smokers please, not even those who smoke outside.

Marvelous Guest Suite Shoreline with Parking

Enjoy Shoreline while staying in our private guest suite! You will enjoy the privacy of this suite. There is a private entrance and reserved parking is within steps of your door. We are the main residents with the suite on the ground floor of our townhouse. It is a 5-10 min walk to the 185th Light rail station. (Refer to other details to note for specifics). If you need recommendations for restaurants or other fun activities please do not hesitate to ask me.
