Modern Minimalist Tiny House

Welcome to our modern minimalist tiny house located a half mile from Warren Dunes State Park beach and 1.5 miles from all that Sawyer Michigan area has to offer. Tiny is the second dwelling on this property and is technically a mobile tiny house. While we do have electricity and water, much like an RV the drains run to holding tanks. This means VERY LIMITED WATER USE for showers and toilet flushing. It features a fully stocked kitchen, bathroom, and a queen bed in the small loft.

Perfect place if you seek peace & quiet - play a record, hit the hot tub, read a book in screened in porch or hammock, hang out by the firepit or jump on one of the 4 bikes! This warm inviting log cabin is just one mile away from Warren Dunes and one mile away from Greenbush. Private front porch, fire pit, grill, wood burning stove, a/c, heat, and linens. The second story has open lofts connected by a cat walk. King, full, and a twin bed. House shoes are good to bring during the winter months as the main floor, floor can be chilly. This cabin does not have a stove but you are welcome to bring a hot plate. This cabin is part of a five cabin group.

Guest will have access to a private gated patio and parking right in front of the house for two vehicles.
