Our Walker's Point house is recently renovated, nearly everything is new. Relax in this stylish space which includes a private backyard, w/rear & front decks. Located next to cafes and some of Milwaukee's best restaurants. It is also within walking distance to the Summerfest grounds. We are minutes from Downtown Milwaukee, bike trails and the pedal taverns are just a block away from the house. We’ve just added a new hot tub! Two parking spots available directly across the street for $10 per day

Cozy and convenient studio apartment in the center of one of Milwaukee's hottest neighborhoods! Bay View, situated right betw downtown Milwaukee and the airport/Amtrak hub, is the perfect neighborhood to enjoy all the best Milwaukee has to offer. This studio apartment is only one of five in our building and is situated right above a popular neighborhood restaurant yet still quiet and tranquil enough for a good night's sleep. One bedroom lower of duplex in residential neighborhood. Bright and cheery atmosphere, I keep a lot of my things here, but there is also plenty of room for yours. TV in living room with netflix, fast wi-fi shared with upper unit. Great restaurants and bars within walking distance. Air conditioning is window unit in bedroom only. We allow children and pets but unit is not child proofed or pet proofed and there is no available baby equipment. Pets are limited to 1-2 well behaved animals.
