House has 2 bedrooms on 2nd floor. 1 bathroom with shower on 2nd floor. Kitchen and living room is on ground floor. 1 toilet with no shower on ground floor. Master bedroom has 6 foot king bed and balcony. Guest bedroom has 5 foot queen bed. Living room has sofa bed for additional people. Fully equipped kitchen with electric stove. Air conditioner in every room. Extra beds will be prepared only for reservations of 5 or more persons. If you select less than 4 persons, sofa bed will not be prepared for you. The airport runway is from east to west, while our house is to the south of the airport, so there will not be any noise from planes at all. - Please minimize the sound especially at night. - Please do not party at the townhouse. - Please do not invite friends. - Do not move furniture. In case damage of furniture is confirmed, we will charge compensation. The property is just 500 meters, 10 minute walk from Nai Yang Beach, while Maikhao Beach and Naithon Beach are both a short drive away. Two story townhouse with one bedroom on the ground floor (5mx10m), this includes one King size bed, one sofa bed and full bathroom. On the second floor (10mx15m) there are two separate sections, one is the master bedroom (5mx15m) with sitting area, office and small deck on the back. The other section (5mx15m)is split into a kitchen, dining area and living room with a large deck on the front and a small deck on the back. Floor plans are included with the picture files.

Our house was called Snoozy , that located near the center of Phuket old town ,only walk from the house about 5 mins then you can explore the old town of Phuket, night market , local restaurant and more. Also far from Thai Hua Museum about 1.3 km. It’s very easy to go to the famous beach by the local bus from the old town.
