This dream house comes with Starlink Wifi, clean water, air conditioning and gas heated water. The property has a solar generator to keep power stable and clean filtered water. Analiza, our house manager can clean the house with no extra charge. Enjoy the pool and the comfort of a large private space all to yourself.

Hidden away from the road in one of the best locations in Siargao, this recently renovated home with private garden is halfway between GL & Cloud 9, and just a 1 minute walk to the beach in front. (Please note: as with most of Siargao due to the current rapid development of the island, there is a possibility of construction noise from nearby properties during daytime hours. Also on rare occasions after long periods of no rain, the water can turn slightly salty)
