There is a fully equipped kitchen (all the necessary items including a stove), Wi-Fi, TV, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, high chair and baby crib, iron, hair dryer and tea and coffee maker. The sofa can be a bed in the living room.There are 2 air conditioners(TOSHİBA). It is 2 minutes walking distance to historical places and restaurants in oldtown. The world famous MERMERLİ beach is 5 minutes away. The house has a very large garden and if desired, breakfast and dinner can be eaten in the garden. -airport 25 minutes
