Friendly active village with 3 pubs, vineyard, playpark, shop & more. Close to hundreds of brilliant days out. Great for walkers, cyclists, wine fans, families & couples. All welcome.

UF heating, open plan, pets welcome, SF broadband, visit our 2 acre flower farm & barn with river views & facilities - 2 mins away, bring a picnic. 16thC pub 4 mins walk. Wonderful riverside bar & restaurant 10 minutes walk. River offers watersports (sailing, water skiing, canoeing etc.) Teignmouth & Torquay only a few miles further. Please note electric car £10 per charge.

Pretty, stylish holiday cottage with wood-burning stove in a stunning village near Totnes, South Devon. Sleeps 4-6. The Cider Barn is in the garden of our home, surrounded by meadows with a river, 2 miles from Totnes, with its cafes, restaurants, bohemian vibes. The cottage has dedicated fibre broadband (100mb). Near Dartmoor and stunning beaches with surf. Private garden, riverside dining, 5 acres of meadows. Next door to great pub. NB We prefer week-long bookings in summer. Car advised!

The cottage is nestled in the lovely village of Wyke Regis, tucked away just off the quiet Old High street and close to both Weymouth and Portland. Perfect for small families/couples + dogs. Within easy walk of small beaches, coastal walks and amenities such as dog friendly pub, Tesco Express and takeaways. Portland harbour is a mere 2 miles away as is the World famous Chesil Beach which forms part of the Jurassic coast. South West Coast Path is minutes walk away, perfect for a stop over.

Tucked away in a quiet, rural location, but just a few minutes’ drive from the award-winning Woolacombe beach, our dog-friendly holiday cottage offers every home comfort plus a little touch of luxury. We designed Bay Tree Cottage to be a home away from home, with plenty of special touches that make it a place you’ll remember. Set in the private, landscaped grounds of Willingcott Valley, summer guests (June to Sept) will also have access to the heated outdoor swimming pool.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This family friendly self contained annex has everything you need for your holiday in East Devon. Colyton is just 3 miles from the sea & on the beautiful Jurassic coast. Private garden with large decked patio to enjoy this quiet part of Devon. Just 15 mins drive from the beautiful Lyme Regis & Sidmouth and an ideal base for coastal path walks. Seaton's famous electric tramway is minutes away. Lovely quiet area

Idyllic Country House on a Farm

The house is in the middle of beautiful Devon countryside, on 100 acres of land not far from a small town. There are good pubs nearby and the house is only 7 minutes drive from the National Trust's Killerton House. The Nearest station is Tiverton Parkway, 10 minutes drive. Only 25 minutes drive from the centre of Exeter. One of the UKs most attractive cities. The nearest beach is at least 40 minutes away so this location is not suitable for a beach holiday.

Stylish 4Bed Cottage with parking near town/beach.

Stylish town centre cottage with parking, a couple of minutes walk from the shops, restaurants and beaches. It is spacious and generously equipped with Wi-Fi, central heating and a private courtyard with parking for one car. The cottage has four bedrooms, two with double beds and two with twin beds. My place is good for family holidays with kids, group get-togethers, business travellers, romantic couple holidays and is dog friendly.

Beachside Retreat is a two bedroom ground floor apartment located just across the street from West Bay's East Beach. The apartment is a two minute walk from the working harbour and all it has to offer. West Bay is famous for being a part of the Jurassic Coast, Chesil Beach and being the filming location for several well known TV shows, most recently Broadchurch.
