Das Haus befindet sich in sehr ruhiger Traumlage in den Obstplantagen des Etschtals. Die Wohnung liegt im 1. Stock, ist 120 qm groß und bietet bis zu 6 Gästen Platz. Bozen ist 10, Meran 20 und die Ski- oder Wandergebiete der Dolomiten 40 Minuten entfernt. Es gibt Fahrradwege um die Ecke und Wanderungen vor dem Haus. Den Gästen stehen 2 Parkplätze im geschlossenen Hof zur Verfügung, jeder weitere wird mit 10 €/Tag verrechnet

Umgeben von Weinreben und mit Panoramablick tauchen Sie im historischen Ansitz Montani in das Überetscher Lebensgefühl ein. Im Winter gibt es eine Sauna und für die Abkühlung im Sommer gibt es einen Bio-Pool.
