The 18th century Villa di Geggiano, surrounded by vineyards and lovingly cared gardens, is located in the Chianti area near Siena, one of the most beautiful regions of Italy which will provide an idyllic and enchanting backdrop to your vacation. Our guesthouse is located in one of the garden pavilions of the villa.

Appartamento in stile provenzale immerso tra il vigneto e gli olivi. Godrete della tranquillità della campagna a 10 km dalla città e 4 dall'autostrada. Il canto di ghiandaie e cucù faranno da colonna sonora al soggiorno mentre i caprioli brucano tra gli olivi. E' inclusa una colazione base all'italiana (caffè, tè, latte, biscotti ecc.), se invece preferite una colazione più ricca e servita al tavolo il costo è 15€ a persona (10€ da 5 a 15 anni, gratis meno di 5 anni). Podere Piazza casa con vista panoramica

Podere Piazza ist ein Landgut, hat seinen Ursprung im 15. Jahrhundert, das Ferienhaus wurde Anfang 17. Jahrhundert erbaut. Podere Piazza war der Wohnsitz von Alessandro Cervini degli Spannocchi, der am 29 Mai 1747 zum Erzbischof von Siena ernannt wurde, er war ein Nobile di Montepulciano und Patrizier von Siena. Die Gebäude von Podere Piazza tragen noch heute sein Wappen. Somit erklärt sich auch unser Kirchlein, am Straßenabzweig, davor rechts zur Pinienallee und links in die Einfahrt.

Un luogo meraviglioso dove trascorrere alcuni giorni in piacevole compagnia. Un ampio salone con camino dove rilassarsi al rientro da bellissime passeggiate, giri in bicicletta, ed escursioni. L'appartamento indipendente si trova a 15km da Siena, 20 km dai centri Termali e a 40 minuti dai borghi di san Gimignano e Monteriggioni. Nel complesso è presente un'azienda agricola che produce vini e olio con la possibilità di visite guidate e degustazione dei nostri prodotti con cene a tema.

Versati un bicchiere di vino e accomodati di fianco al caminetto di questo open space dalla calda atmosfera tipicamente toscana: travi in legno, pavimento in cotto, pareti in pietra. Podere Pereti Nuovi-modern Tuscan Villa

Podere I Pereti was entirely build by our grandfather Remo in the 1970's. My siblings and I spent most of our summers on the porch with our grandparents watching sunsets and admiring the view of the Val d'Orcia. Entirely surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. Nonno Remo, besides having a building company, proudly produced Orcia red wine that was consumed by the family. From the 150 olive trees, every November we filled our tanks with green gold olive oil.

La villa ha una vista mozziafiato, molto soleggiata, ben arredata e dotata di tutti i comfort, silenziosa e non isolata. La casa si trova a Bagnolo, piccola frazione di Impruneta alle porte del Chianti, zona di uliveti, vigneti e pace. La casa si trova a circa 10 km in macchina dal centro di Firenze.
