Just 12 miles from Yosemite's South Gate, this private suite is the perfect home base for your park adventure. Located in the heart of Oakhurst just off Hwy 41 near Hwy 49, with Bass Lake only 5 miles away—enjoy sunsets at the lake or from your own back patio. Walk or drive to a YARTS* stop, restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. After a day in Yosemite, relax in your peaceful suite with private entrance and covered parking just steps from your door. *Public transit to Yosemite is seasonal.

Private Master Suite Separated from Home

Sunny spacious room with private entry and a private bath this is the master suite of my home blocked off from the rest of the house your own private rental with king size comfy bed with mini fridge and microwave Jacuzzi tub and walk in shower, and an entry with supplied coffee and books on the area for you to use . This rental is wheel chair accessible. Inyo County, as of July 2018 , requires us to collect an occupancy tax on all rentals I have included the fee in your final charges

A laundry is provided for guest use only. Hikes into the canyon below or neighborhood above are a special treat.

Redwood Cottage & Hot Tub

Enjoy this peaceful redwood retreat tucked away in the Santa Cruz Mountains. This small private cottage comes with a private hot tub, outdoor shower, propane fire pit and hammock. You'll be 10 minutes to downtown Felton and 25 minutes to Santa Cruz. The cottage is on a shared property and next door to the main house. Please note there is no indoor shower (outdoor only). Although 4 wheel is needed, THE ROAD IS RURAL, NARROW AND STEEP. Ideal for confident drivers. Permit #211304

ON THE TRUCKEE RIVER right in the historic downtown area, our little place is a 2 block walk to restaurants and shopping. You’ll love our place because you can sit inside or in bed and watch the river flow by. It's a peaceful place, new and modern, private and the middle of it all. It's not just a place to stay, it's a destination. QUIET people only please. We have a firm sofa sleeper. we have a couple of other mattresses we can bring in if you prefer a softer bed.

Unwind when you arrive with a good book from our library and relax on the deck overlooking the many rolling hills of our breathtaking and wild neighborhood. :)

We are located on the EAST side of Highway One. A five minute walk puts your toes in the sand and renew your spirit! :)) **We do have a cat; Apollo can be curious. Primarily, Apollo lives upstairs with us.
