A luxurious accommodation of 35-40 sqm (approximately 377-430 sq ft) with all modern amenities. It consists of 1 kitchen, 1 room with a double bed, and a WC. It is fully equipped with all comforts in a retro-vintage style to remind us of the romantic era of the past.

The house is located in the traditional settlement of Exambela facing the picturesque village of Kastro on the Eastern side of the island.. Relax and enjoy your privacy and solitude at the terraces. The beautiful pool with magic view is shared with Chalakia house 2. The parking is 100metres from the house. The car does not go all the way to the house, to get there you will need to follow a path of 30 meters.

Beautiful traditional house located in the heart of the medieval village of Kastro, one of the most picturesque areas of Sifnos. A total renovation has been completed in January 2023 and the house is equipped with everythhing a guest may need for a comfortable stay.
