In a corner of our 1700 villa, flanked by an oratory dedicated to San Giustino, we have a lovely house made of two bedrooms, a living room and kitchen, that easily welcomes a small family. Surrounded by a beautiful garden with access to the swimming pool, it offers an unforgettable experience away from the classic tourist circuit. The large spaces of the garden offer the tranquility ans security so much sought in covid time. Come and let yourself be captivated by the spirit of the place.

With its 100 square meters and two gardens can comfortably accommodate 2 people. The villa, while historic and beautiful, is equipped with all the modern amenities you will need. Two levels 800th rustic country house, on the hills surrounding the town with original forniture and a stunning view of the facing valley, a beautiful patio and large garden. 25 min driving from center, well placed for Chianti area, Siena, San Gimignano. 1hr driving to Pisa, Lucca, Volterra, Arezzo, Cortona and much more! Possible to have cooking class or dinners with my personal chefs Mirella and Stefano!

Si trova a 20 minuti da Firenze, 40 da Siena e 50 da Pisa, in pochi minuti si raggiunge Certaldo (città natale di Boccaccio) e Vinci (città natale di Leonardo Da Vinci). la casa è a metà strada tra Montespertoli e San Casciano (7km).

Appartamento in Villa panoramica tra Firenze e Siena, nel cuore del Chianti, in un borgo incantevole. Piscina aperta da maggio a fine settembre. Dal 2026 la piscina sarà aperta dalle ore 9 alle 13 con utilizzo esclusivo per gli ospiti in questo orario.
