Das Studio liegt im Erdgeschoss und verfügt über einen eigenen Zugang und eine eigene Terrasse auf der die Abendsonne genossen werden kann.

Die Langlaufloipe beginnt direkt an der Bushaltestelle welche nur eine Gehminute (100m) von der Haustüre entfernt ist. Den Silsersee erreichen sie in 4 Gehminuten (300m) wo sich kostenfreie Parkplätze befinden.
