Pearl of Preila

The apartment is located in historical Labrenz Villa with a stunning lake view. The Villa reminds of an interesting Curonian Spit period, when local fishermen dived into the tourism market - they started building residential houses adapted for recreation. It is the oldest villa in Preila with preserved residential and farm buildings and spacious yard, one of the first representative buildings which started tourism in the area. It belonged to Frederick Labrenz, the elder of the fishing village.

The studio is located in a quiet area, next to the walking and cycling path along the coast.

A stylish and newly furnished studio in the heart of Juodkrante and a minute walk from the forest. There are 3 studios within this type and it will be assigned automatically. It features a comfortable sofa-bed, TV, kitchen, a desk for work and dinning as well as a shower. The building is surrounded by nature, there is a 1.1 km forest path to the sea and 2 min. walk to the lagoon. You may enjoy calm view from your windows. You will receive a key code to enter the building as well as your room.
