Villa Giuliana is an elegant early ‘900 villa where to spend your holiday on Menaggio, at the hearth of lake Como. The villa can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people as it has 3 bedrooms with double beds and 3 full bathrooms, one in each bedroom. There is also a kitchen, a living-room, a dining-room, a terrace and a garden where to have lunch or dinner or relax sunbathing. Villa Giuliana is suitable for stays of a few days or even over a week for families with children or groups of friends.

We have created a Holiday House with an intimate and welcoming environment in continuous evolution, immersed in the greenery and peace of our small and unique Village of Griante, with a breathtaking view of Lake Como and the romantic promontory of Bellagio. We want to offer you an authentic experience that is the result of our passion for hospitality and our first-hand experiences.

Charming and luxury location, 3 km from Bellagio centre, where you can have a relaxing holiday with your family or friends. The house has a big private garden with direct access to the beach, 2 bedrooms with big double beds and a double sofa bed in the living room and 2 bathrooms. Perfect for children that can play in the large outdoor spaces but also for adults that can relax drinking a good italian wine. Guests will have the whole house for them and a private parking.
