This 1800’s style cabin was built with logs harvested from this area but updated with those modern amenities we can’t live without. The cabin is furnished with furniture and details from local artisans showcasing the talent of eastern Kentucky. Hike or ride your ATV along the trails or just relax on the porch or by the fire pit! You will need 4WD or AWD to access this cabin.

Private cabin located in campground close to bathhouse. A/C and electric fireplace. Porch swing, fire ring, & picnic table for your outside enjoyment. Queen size bed with full size bed in loft overhead. Microwave & small refrigerator. Dining table with 3 benches. Comfortable sitting chair with footstool. Fishing included in our 12-acre lake. Walking path runs the length of the campground. Bring bed linens (sleeping bag or blanket/sheet) & pillow, bath linens (towels/washcloths).

The Shotgun House

Enjoy your stay at the Shotgun house located in the heart of Prestonsburg within walking distance to a popular restaurant and downtown shopping. This cozy house offers a 58" TV and playstation in the living and also a 50" TV in the bedroom. Relax outside on a covered porch and enjoy the occasional local live music. The Cabin is a fully furnished , 3 bedroom home on 13 acres, a pond 2 fire-pits, wildlife. The house has a gas fireplace, and a fully stocked kitchen, also we provide a gas grill outside on the wrap around porch. The porch has a swing and plenty of seating. A wash room with full size washer and dryer. The pond has a dock and is fully stocked. A king master suite with a shower ,bath tub. A bunk room w/ 4 long bunks. Upstairs a balcony / queen bedroom overlooking the downstairs.

Hello, Our guest house is very private, quiet, cozy, secure and exceptionally clean. A great couples retreat with 2+miles of hiking trails and a vast space for outdoor activities and wildlife viewing. The beds are comfortable and the heat and air conditioning are great. We have all the amenities...all linens are furnished. There is a washer, dryer, iron and hair dryer and detergent. We are nestled on over 100 acres of land and are 1000 feet from the nearest highway.
