Come enjoy the friendly neighborhood in our cozy lake front home. Bring your fishing boats, kayaks, canoes and fishing poles! Spend the day on the lake or on our large lake view patio, then unwind at night at our fire pit or in the hot tub! Nearby, you can find a drive-in movie theater, mini golf and ice cream- fun for everyone! In the winter months, bring your snowmobiles to enjoy direct access to hundreds of miles of marked and groomed snowmobile trails including nearby Letchworth State Park.

Honeoye Haven

Enjoy Honeoye Lake in this recently remodeled year-round home. This three bedroom, 1.5 bath home has many oversized windows which offer postcard views of the surrounding Bristol Hills. The level yard and large deck open to over 50 ft of lakefront. Take advantage of the private dock for sunbathing or fishing. There is a grassy area for yard games, a fire pit for night-time marshmallow roasting, a front and back deck for outdoor entertaining and much more. Weekly rental required July-Labor Day.

The Getaway Hideaway House is tucked near the scenic Honeoye and Canandaigua Lake Wine & Brewery Trail—perfect for wine lovers, adventurers, and those seeking a peaceful escape. Enjoy stunning valley and hillside views from the living room or while relaxing in the year-round covered hot tub on the patio. Just a short drive (under 10 minutes) to Naples for great dining and entertainment. Note: Due to the hillside location, AWD or 4WD is recommended during inclement weather for safe access.

The Hideaway on Hobart - New / Recently Renovated

The Hideaway on Hobart is a fully renovated cottage just steps from Honeoye Lake, a true hidden gem of the Finger Lakes. Located at the north end of the lake, guests enjoy access to a private community beach, park, and boat launch. The home features two bedrooms, an exceptional kitchen and open common space, plus an amazing deck for relaxing or entertaining. Two ski resorts (Hunt Hollow & Bristol) are less than 15 minutes away for year-round fun and access to a private dock is provided.

Iris Cottage, Nature on Higgins Creek

Iris cottage is set on a quiet road in WNY just 15 mi. from Letchworth State Park and 5 mi. from Houghton College. Gas fire place greets guests on chilly days and a large deck overlooks woods and Higgins Creek. The kitchen is well stocked and fully equipped. Whether summer or winter this is the perfect place to enjoy WNY nature at its best and get away from it all. 2 bedrooms open to open plan living, kitchen and dining. Onsuite master has a second electric fireplace and deck access.

Canandaigua lake - Heron Cove Sanctuary

The only house in 500' of lakefront. Quiet & beautiful & private. [See pics & feedback] A panoply of personal watercraft.  10 min to village of Naples.      House is upgraded mid-century cottage over a bridge at the end of the road – secluded, at the bottom of a cliff.   Outdoor hot tub, living room fireplace.   Big beautiful lake - right there - you'll feel it in your heart. The wifi is decent, but we recommend that you don't use, because it's best to sit lakeside and watch the stars!

Wall to wall windows are perfect for evening sunsets and enjoying the views of the lake. The cottage is 2 bedrooms (plus a pullout couch & trundle bunk bed) that sleeps 5 comfortably. Conveniently located near Letchworth State Park, restaurants, brewery, putt-putt mini golf and drive-in movie theater.

Simply kick back and relax in the cutest lakeside cottage on Honeoye Lake! You can see large mouth bass swimming right by the shoreline. There is plenty of room for the whole family. There is an additional two bedroom upper cottage that can be rented as well for more family and friends. Come see what the finger lakes are all about! I have included a nice fireplace so you can even enjoy the winter months. Enjoy relaxing in a hot tub overlooking the lake.

The peaceful atmosphere of this lovely home has everything you’ll need for a restful stay. Within a few miles of Hemlock, Canadice, Conesus, and Honeoye Lakes, enjoy canoeing, kayaking, fishing in the lakes or hiking, biking on the many nearby trails. Close to the Finger Lakes wine trails, local breweries, and distilleries. You’ll have the entire home to yourself. The bedroom has a queen size bed, and there are two self-inflating twin size air mattresses.

Grandma‘s cottage (1250 sq ft) with some modern necessities and upgrades! Welcome to “The Ridge.” Enjoy a large creek a two minute walk away. Minutes to Houghton college. Letchworth State Park 21 min🏔️ 11 min Rushford Lake, there is public beach. 15 min to Arcade . We are Dog friendly! We always aim for five star service 🙂 I do ask that you list the number of guests .And if it’s one, it’s 1 and if it’s six it’s 6 🙃. P.S. We have 16 new ducklings! 🦆
