Completely renovated cottage located in the heart of Lancaster County, minutes from Nook Sports and the new Penn State Hospital. It offers a 1st floor bedrm,full bath w/shower in tub , LR w/ gas fireplace,kitchen, laundry, dining area which opens onto a secluded patio, water feature,and perennial flower gardens. Little Yellow House Marietta PA

Experience a part of early Marietta history in this 1807 "Yellow House" that was expanded and newly updated to offer the charm of its log home. TRAINS!!!!Across the street is a freight train line service. The trains are random at all hours. They are briefly loud. Otherwise this a lovely space situated along the Susquehanna. There are several restaurants close by. Close to Hershey and Lancaster Amish Country. Bike trail across the street. Cayaking on the Susquehanna River.

This quaint little secluded cottage. Enjoy beautiful sunrises. Sit on the deck and watch the deer, turkey, rabbits squirrels, and plenty of birds. You can even hear bullfrogs croaking from the neighbors water garden. Enjoy the coziness of the BirdHouse. Our kitchen has the necessities to cook. We provide olive oil, spices, salt and pepper, farm fresh eggs, coffee filters, and trash bags. For the bathroom we provide starter shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, and of course the towels. Linens provided also. Enjoy the courtyard area with its gas fireplace and seating area. Cook on the gas grill and enjoy a meal at the bistro table. Please come and relax!

The listing is NOT for the entire house. Enjoy the walk to the neighbors dairy farm and pet the cows. An abundance of various birds, deer, and foxes roam the farm and surrounding area. Spend the evening by the fire pit so you can appreciate the quiet.
