Gourmet kitchen appliances, wine fridge, hot tub for 8, outdoor dining, Wifi, local dining and coffee shops in walking distance. Rented for the last year. Previous reviews available upon request. Family Dream Home 10 min. from Salt Lake City

Come stay in our family friendly, roomy, extremely entertaining 2 bedroom, 2 level basement apartment! Our play room, slide, swings, and back yard are exactly what your family needs. We have 2 parks and a bike trail right out the door to your space. It is the perfect place for rest or play. Whichever your vacation calls for (probably both at times)! We do live upstairs and you may hear some walking, but we keep our kids as quiet as possible. We do not allow smoking or parties on the property.

A charming 3 bedroom home with two and half bathrooms Almost all amenities one can think of is inc: game room with pool table, dart etc, hot tub, playground for kids with swing set. Completely fenced yard with picnic table grill and fire pit. On the inside, in addition to basics, with full functional kitchen and living room, the house has water treatment system which provides soft and filtered water. We are happy to provide it FREE charge. Don't border to buy your own bottled water!

This is the place to bring the family together. Hanging out in the large living room/kitchen, movie night on the 82" 4K TV, cool summer nights on the deck with amazing views of the city, a shared HOT TUB and so much more!
