Aviemore town and shops are a 10 min stroll down a lovely quiet lane, banked by views of the mountains and the Strathspey Steam Railway. The railway runs close to the bottom of the garden and is perfect for children (and adults !) to wave at the driver. One dog welcome

The Orbital Path is beside the house and takes you through the forest to the town centre. A patio with BBQ is a perfect place to enjoy the outdoors. Milton Burn flows along the boundary. Nochty Studio |Strathdon |Cairngorms National Park

A place to get away, relax and enjoy the natural surroundings! Nochty Studio is a eco cabin located on the edge of the small village of Bellabeg in the Cairngorm National Park, in close proximity to Ballater, Braemar, Royal Deeside and on the edge of Moray. The Studio is on the east side of Glen Nochty enjoying open views of the Nochty River and the Doune of Invernochty. The village itself is a 5 minute walk away, with a local shop.

A path next to the house leads onto the Aviemore Orbital and the Speyside Way which are great walking and cycling trails.
