Tiny House Guest Cottage one mile off 213 near Marquam. Remote, yet accessible. 10 minutes from Mt. Angel and Molalla. 15 minutes from Silverton. 18 minutes from Oregon Garden. Loft with King size bed and luxurious sheets. Two sofas downstairs can be converted into beds. Not suitable for children. Sit on the back patio in the evening and listen to owls, coyotes, frogs, and crickets. Dozens of species of birds. I am proud of the reviews guests have left; please read them for more info.

In our rural location cell phone service is not available nor is Wi-Fi. Come to The Cottage to disconnect and reconnect with your family and the outdoors (a landline is provided). There is a maximum of 4 guests allowed to stay at this property - adults and children included! Because of safety children under 5 cannot be accommodated!

We offer a quiet, private and comfortable 600 sqft studio suite upstairs in a separate structure away from the main house. The room includes a comfortable, king-size bed with Tempur-pedic™ mattress, white cotton sheets and Pendleton™ blankets. A kitchenette with micro-wave, air-fry oven, and dinette are also provided. The studio includes dormers that overlook the family garden, goat barn, and pond. The east windows overlook our back yard, a lily pond and secluded spots to relax and enjoy.

The stairs to the loft lead to a room where there is a comfortable queen-size bed and television. The downstairs area has a fully-stocked kitchen, dining area and living area with lots of windows to enjoy the view. There is also patio with a table and chairs and propane grill where you can sit and enjoy the view of the pasture and water, with beautiful trees scattered about.

Enjoy a well appointed private guest suite on an operating Thoroughbred horse ranch bordering on the Cascade foothills close to both Silver Falls State Park and the Oregon Gardens. And while unsupervised schmoozing with the horses isn't allowed, if you'd like we'll be glad to introduce you to some of the herd. You can rub elbows with equine royalty - the offspring of two Kentucky Derby winners!

Peruse the spectacular Oregon Garden or take a hike through the breathtaking Silver Falls State Park while you're here. An orchard out front includes mature apple, pear and plum trees that guests can pick and eat seasonally.
