Located in preserved national park Polhov Gradec Dolomiti (only 25 minutes drive away from Ljubljana), it's also ideal for romantic weekend getaway with lots of hiking to the surrounding hills, reachable on the doorstep.

The fully furnished kitchen with all amenities and dining table area is located at the entrance, while the sleeping premises (one queen size bed and day-bed sofa for 2 and bathroom with a bathtub are on the upper level in an open-space attic. Borea Rooms is a peaceful accommodation with kitchenette in village Budanje, in the heart of Vipava Valley. Just minutes away from Ajdovščina and Vipava. Budanje is an excellent starting point for hiking, bike trips (e-bike rental available), landing point for paragliders. Guests can rent four mountain bikes (free of charge). Additional payment: Tourist tax 2,50 € / person / day is payable at check-in. For children up to 7 years old is free. For children from 7 to 18 years old is 1,25 € / day.

At Zarja Glamping, enjoy luxury wooden cabins equipped with air conditioning. You have access to a natural lake for swimming and an outdoor summer kitchen with a grill. We also offer a small wellness area featuring a Finnish sauna. We also have a small restaurant For breakfast (10 EUR) , we offer freshly baked homemade bread with scrambled eggs straight from our farm ect. For dinner, we serve dishes homemade pasta, freshly grilled beef paired with garden vegetables and crispy potatoes.

Located on the second floor of an historical building at the heart of the ancient neighbourhood of Cavana, close to the sea, Juliet is a sunny studio flat with an independent access, attached to our apartment. Surrounded by the city’s most famed attractions, the apartment allows easy access to the countless cafés and restaurants of the area, but is located in a side street, sheltered from the clamour of nightlife. Other features are wi-fi, air conditioning system and a small private balcony.

The new cabin is situated at a pacefull location the end of the willage Črni vrh (Black pick). The unspoilt nature away the city bustle but still close the willage conjures up a unique experience. Here you can enjoy the peace quite and fresh air. But you can also explore the surroundings, ride, bike, hiking and ski in the winter time at the local ski center Bor. Črni vrh located in the middle of betwen Ljubljana, Idrija (UNESCO heritage), Vipava, Ajdovščina in Nova gorica. (ONLY ONE PET)

Počitniška hišica na podeželju "BEe in foREST"

K hiši dozidan apartma oziroma počitniška hišica, ki smo jo poimenovali "BEe in foREST", se nahaja na koncu vasi Klenik pri Pivki na obrobju Nature 2000, v naročju narave, s katero smo tesno povezani. Narejena je iz pretežno naravnih materialov. Pritličje hišice je skupaj s kopalnico dostopno in prilagojeno za invalide. Iz pritličja se po lesenem stopnišču povzpneš v mansardni del, ki poleg spalnice z balkonom in razgledom na travnike ponuja tudi savno in kopalno kad za dodatno sprostitev.

House On The Hill (Hiška Na Griču)

House On The Hill is situated on Idrijske Krnice plateau (1000 m a.s.l.), 12 km away from the old mining town of Idrija UNESCO. The idylic house is surounded with concrete bunkers (one with a sauna place* and second with selected wines) built by Italian army. Carefully selected interior, with close attention to local, natural materials and hand made furniture, creates a welcoming athmosphere. The house is perfect for anyone who enjoys peace and nature, loves hiking, cycling or fly fishing.

Relax in a charming attic apartment surrounded by original works of art. The apartment is in a private house on a slope above the city, in the immediate vicinity of the forest and hiking trails, and not far from the paraglider runway. The location is also a starting point for trips to the surrounding wine-growing villages, the Karst and the Soča Valley. Due to the proximity of the border with Italy, Trieste, Venice, the Dolomites and other interesting destinations are within easy reach.
