Hello, and welcome to the lodge, country living. We are a hunting lodge located in Southeastern South Dakota. 10 minutes from Vermillion, 10 minutes to I-29. You are booking our guest house! A space for you and your family to relax, unwind and enjoy the quiet countryside. You will love the outdoor spaces. This spacious home located in a safe, quiet neighborhood features two bedrooms upstairs with king and queen beds, two rooms down with three queen beds, two family rooms, each featuring televisions with local stations and wi-fi, two bathrooms, laundry, fully furnished kitchen, three season porch, office, one car attached garage with opener. Ammenities include wi-fi, washer, dryer, dishwasher, fenced yard, outdoor gas grill, central air-conditioning, water softner and weekly house cleaning.

The Grain Bin Lodge and Retreat

Sorry, no children under the age of 12. This large grain bin has been converted into a rustic two story getaway using reclaimed barn wood and many antiques. The 700 square foot main floor includes a full bath, a vintage retro kitchenette (micro wave, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator/freezer, NO OVEN), reclining love seat, a smart tv with WIFI and Direct TV, along with a large dining area with 2 tables. The 500 square foot open loft area includes one full bed and 2 queen beds.

The Burrow

This is a cozy 2 bedroom apartment in the basement with a private entrance. We are within minutes of the most popular venues in Sioux City, Iowa (Hard Rock Café, Orpheum Theater and theTyson Event Center). most medical facilities are within 15 minutes. If the Burrow is not available for the dates you need you may want to check out our other listing on Airbnb called the Nest. NOTE: I have medical documentation that exempts me from accepting reservations involving animals.

Home away from home

This is a basement apartment in a local family home. It has a private bedroom, full bathroom, kitchenette, and common space to hang out with a pull out bed if needed . There is space to park on the driveway and is walking distance to Dordt College the local public high school and the All Season Center with the ice rink and indoor/outdoor swimming pool. Downtown is also very close for local businesses, coffee shops, and grocery store.

Spacious Ranch style home with 3 bedrooms, 1 full bath and 2 3/4 quarter bathrooms. The main floor consists of the master bedroom with a king size bed, attached 3/4 bath and a mounted television. There's a full bathroom and 2 other bedrooms with queen beds, a well equipped eat in kitchen with main floor laundry as well. The newly renovated basement has a mounted television, extra entertaining area and 3/4 bath.

A lovingly restored, 1930's cottage on the historic Peterson Farm on a county highway near Beresford, SD. Our farm will be 135 years old in 2026! Peace and quiet in a beautiful rural setting.
