Entire 2 Bedroom Condo Next to Dordt University

Updated two-bedroom condo with full kitchen and living room, just a block away from Dordt and the ASB Sports Complex. This spacious condo features two queen beds and a twin bed, accommodating up to five people comfortably. The kitchen includes a full-size stove, refrigerator, microwave, Keurig, coffeemaker, and toaster, as well as all of the pots, pans, and dishes that you’ll need. There’s also a washer/dryer, high-speed WiFi, 42” TV with Roku, and parking in an attached garage.

Apartment — down the road from Dordt and park

This basement apartment offers a separate entrance allowing complete privacy. This space provides tons of natural light. Apartment is located close (less than a mile!) to Dordt University and has a public park and basketball court in the backyard. Kitchen is stocked with standard kitchen amenities including pots/pans, silverware, utensils, air fryer, cutting boards, etc. One bedroom has a king mattress while the other bedroom has a queen mattress.

Close to Dordt University and several attractions

We are close to Dordt University within walking distance. Close to the All Seasons Center which has an indoor/outdoor pool and also the indoor hockey rink. The bike trails and local park are within walking distance(we have 2 bikes you can use). Downtown is very close with several coffee shops, a mall, and several restaurants. We live in a quiet neighborhood. We have 2 grocery stores and a Walmart if you happen to forget anything.

The perfect spot whether you’re in town for the weekend or a college game. Please note: bedroom has its own thermostat for your control. Open loft garage area kept around 65 degrees in winter, 74 degrees in the summer.
