Cozy comfortable South Apartment with awesome view

This space is quiet, comfortable and safe with lovely views. The afternoons are cool and quiet. The patio is perfect for sitting back and unwinding to the songs of birds.. maybe while sipping a glass of wine? It's a comfortable and quiet home where you can relax while not being too far from it all. It has a spacious backyard with a garden and fruit trees where you are free to pick the fruits in season. In a quiet neighborhood 10 minutes from Gulf City San Fernando and 20 minutes from La Brea.

A cozy space that's clean and modern with all the right amenities. This unit is a downstairs unit, so its easily accessible if you can't or don't want to use stairs. Centrally located, it's just 2minutes from the town center, and less than five minutes' drive from the Clifton Hill Beach. In the town center there is local cuisine in the day and street food at night. For the cooks there's a weekly fresh market and multiple supermarkets and fruit stalls.

Lovely 2 bedroom apartment in Siparia.

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Walking distance shopping and transportation. Located 40 minutes from San Fernando. Amenities include hot and cold running water. All windows have bug screens. There is also a covered patio that guest can use. A full kitchen, equipped with cooking and eating utensils. Complimentary coffee and tea.
